The living room, which can be converted into a real 2nd bedroom, is equipped with a high-quality BZ sofa bed (double bed 160x200), a fiber flat screen TV, a view of the gardens and the surrounding nature. Free WIFI.

 

The equipped kitchen offers the most beautiful panoramic view of the plain, the lake and the sea. It is equipped with a dining area, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a stove (large oven + 4 burners) , an electric coffee maker, a toaster, kettle, utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls….

The bedroom has a double bed 160x200 divisible into 2 single beds 80x200

The large house is located on the outskirts of the magnificent typical village of Speloncato, in a central position for your activities: white sand beaches (15km), small river basins (10km), forest walks (10km) or the edge of the lake (10km).

The micro-region of Balagne is the tourist destination of Corsica par excellence.

The common gardens of 400m2 of green spaces, 2 barbecues, several terraces and a large clothesline, a common laundry.

Drowned in green spaces, not overlooked on the edge of the typical village of Speloncato which is one of the most beautiful in Corsica.

The exterior is very pleasant to live in and the nights are calm and mild.

You will be delighted by the panoramic view of the sea, the lake, the orchards, the plain and the mountains. In addition, the sunsets are magnificent.

On the summer terraces, an aperitif is taken while the barbecue is in operation, unless you prefer to walk to the bar-restaurants of the village.
